El Hoyo Camping

This will be one of those moments you remember for the rest of your life! 

You will have to suffer a little bit though. Prep your backpack with your personal items, camping gear etc and food. Once it's checked you are good to go!  With a 4x4 you will go to the bottom of the volcano and enjoy a 4hr hike up the volcano. One hour of this is quite intense, the rest is easy. A long the way you will enjoy great views and a changing evironment as get higher and closer to your goal. 

When you have reached the summit at around 4pm you will setup camp and climb to the highest point.  From here you will see a sunset that you will never forget, as you can see the line of other volcanoes in the distance. Next morning you have an even better view with the sunrise. Time for breakfast and pack-up all the camping gear. 

Next destination > a fresh water lake, just for you!  What an adventure, what an experience! When you get back to León there is an ice-cold (and well deserved) beer waiting for you!
