Terms and Conditions for Reservations with www.enjoyleon.com
Introduction:
This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the client ("Client") and www.enjoyleon.com ("EnjoyLeon") for the reservation of services and tours provided by our tour operators: VolcanoDay Nicaragua, Roneey Shuttles, Turpial Tours Granada, The Original Tour, Taxi Leo Espinoza. By making a reservation, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Responsibility and Tour Provider:
www.enjoyleon.com acts solely as a booking agent for it's touroperators. The actual servies are conducted by the touroperators mentioned above. The touroperators are responsible for the execution of the service and any incidents that may occur during the service.

Safety and Experience:
All the touroperators are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable servicefor the Client. In case of adverse weather conditions, touroperators reserve the right to reschedule the tour to ensure the safety of participants.

Client Responsibilities:
The Client must inform www.enjoyleon.com of any allergies or relevant medical conditions at the time of reservation. By making a reservation, the Client commits to paying the remaining tour amount directly to the touroperator.

Reservation Fee:
The paid deposit serves as a reservation fee and is payable to www.enjoyeon.com. The remaining amount is payable directly to the touroperator. The remaining amount is to be paid in cash. It can be paid in USD or Nicaraguan Cordoba.

Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellations made by the Client are subject to the cancellation policy of the touroperator. www.enjoyleon.com may charge a reservation fee, and any additional refund requests must be addressed directly with the touroperator.

Non-Refundable Deposit:
The deposit made at the time of reservation is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, this deposit is forfeited and cannot be reclaimed.

Alternative Date/Time:
In case of cancellation, www.enjoyleon.com may attempt to find an alternative date or time for the client. The client must notify www.enjoyleon.com of the cancellation at least 24 hours in advance via our website, email, or the contact form.
Liability:
www.enjoyleon.com is not liable for any incidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the volcano boarding tour. Liability rests solely with the touroperator conducting the service.

Privacy policy:
The client agrees to the privacy conditions described below.Touroperator may capture photographs and videos during the service for promotional purposes. Clients acknowledge and agree that these photographs may include images of themselves. Touroperator is permitted to share the service photographs on social media platforms for promotional and marketing purposes. Tpuroperator is authorized to provide these photographs to www.enjoyleon.com for promotional use.
Clients who do not wish to have their photographs taken or shared for promotional purposes must communicate their objection before the service starts. Such objections should be conveyed to the tour guide or representative from touroperator. Clients must express their objection to photography for promotional purposes prior to the commencement of the service.

Changes to Terms:
www.enjoyleon.com reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients are advised to review the terms periodically for any changes.

Governing Law:
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nicaragua. By making a reservation, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
